What is the Alexander Technique?

What is the ACGM?

The American Society for the Alexander Technique’s Annual Conference and General Meeting. Alexander Technique teachers and trainees meet for 5 days of workshops showcasing new areas of application and exploration.

What is an Associate Member?

Associate Members support AmSAT through their $55 annual membership.  They receive the AmSAT Journal twice per year and receive discounts in the bookstore and at conferences.  Associate Members are often students, family and friends of Alexander Technique teachers, but anyone can join!

I don’t have any experience with Alexander Technique.  Can I still join these classes?

These workshops are appropriate for everyone including members of the public who have little or no experience with the Alexander Technique.
