-Monday, July 11 - Build your Presentational Skills with Michael Frederick We will start off with everyone giving a two-minute presentation to the class. We will then give feedback and have a discussion about strengths and room for improvement.

-Tuesday, July 12 - Perspectives on Listening w/ Sydney Harris What habits do we bring to our listening? How do we pay attention to the words used by the other to gain understanding? What is being said underneath the words? What happens when we set aside our assumptions about the other person? What do we hear when we are fully present? This class offers an opportunity to experientially begin exploring these questions.

-Wednesday, July 12 - More Exploration of Hands-on Work w/ Lyn Charlsen Klein Lyn has been training Alexander Technique Teachers for 35 years and is adept at sticking to principles as she teaches the hands-on work. Her proficiency and level of clarity in the delicacy of her work are well worth delving into. This class offers an opportunity to go deeper.

-Thursday, July 13 - Dart Procedures w/ Frances Marsden Exploring Dart's procedures with our curves and spirals helps us experience how we have come into our ‘uprightness.’ With awareness and observation, we can inhibit our habitual patterns of interference and release out of them to a more integrated sense of Self – we gain an improved sense of Poise. Frances has been studying Dart work for many years and finds it helpful for her own development and she loves sharing it. Whether you are new to Dart work or more experienced and wishing to delve deeper, all are welcome!
