Two special small group classes open to all, just in time for the holidays – come renew your energy with AT explorations and recharge with a guided lie-down. Each participant will have the opportunity to try an activity of their choice (like sitting at your desk, standing, or a yoga pose - performers are welcome to share their work) while getting hands-on guidance in a supportive setting.

Sign up for one class, or both! Whether you've taken a class already, or just wonder what they are all about - all levels of AT experience are welcome.
