Everyday habits of posture and movement often put undue stress on muscles, bones and joints – which can cause or aggravate backache, stiff necks, sore joints and a host of other complaints.

Alexander Technique teaches people from all walks of life and all fitness levels how to cultivate easy postural support that can relieve and prevent these common aches and pains. Grounded on basic principles of motion, bearing and coordination, the technique empowers people to go about their daily activities with ease and stamina, and to cope with work or performance related challenges with poise and composure.
