Be the calm in the storm. You don't need to compartmentalize. Learn bodymind tools to react skillfully in times of stress, so you can rise to the challenge, and live life expansively. Group class in Alexander Technique that will provide 1:1 hands-on work for all students. Class will be customized to group needs and interest.

Co-taught by Sarah Mayhan, M.AmSAT and Amanda Blair MacDonald, MFA, M.AmSAT, R-MPA
