This 4-week introductory class series offers beginners a new approach to mindfulness as they are introduced to the principles of the Alexander Technique. Participants will walk away with immediately applicable tools and practices to help them feel more connected to their body, present in their lives, and comfortable in their every day movement.
Class fee: $30 per class, $100 for the full series
