We all have a need to be heard without interruptions and judgement. When we provide this for our students, we become more effective teachers. During our time together we will be exploring different aspects of listening , including embodying the principles of the AT as we listen to each other. The wish is to bring ourselves fully into each present moment. Through different practices we will expand our listening capacity. There is so much w e can discover together. I hope you will join me.
To insure safety and freedom, the group will be limited to six people. Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique.
Class Fee: $70
