This workshop is for anyone who would like to improve their performance skills. Learn to breathe more freely and perform with more physical presence. Unwind unnecessary tension and find more freedom. “The right thing does itself” (F.M. Alexander) when we get out of the way. You are welcome to bring something to perform but it is not essential. Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique.
