Beginning September 16 and continuing on Saturdays this fall, Sapientia will offer low-cost weekly in-person Intro to the Alexander Technique classes led by graduates of Sapientia's teacher training program (RIAT). If you or someone you know has ever wanted to learn more about AT but didn’t have the means or know where to start, this is the perfect opportunity. While this is an intro class, it’s not just for beginners! People of any level of experience are welcome.
