On September 16, Sapientia began its Fall initiative offering $5 weekly in-person Intro to the Alexander Technique classes led by RIAT graduates (Sapientia Initiative's teacher training program). If you or someone you know has ever wanted to learn more about AT but didn’t have the means or know where to start, this is the perfect opportunity. While this is an intro class, it’s not just for beginners! People of any level of experience are welcome.
