Move in a fresh direction! Improve your coordination! With expert hands-on guidance you can learn to choose ease in your activities. Enjoy working in a supportive atmosphere, with the faculty of Alexander Technique Denver.
Learning will take place through individual hands-on guidance, observation, exploratory group activities, readings, videos, and discussions. Activities will be applicable to all of your daily activities as well as more specialized activities like music, dance, sports, and more. A 5:1 student to teacher ratio ensures individualized classes.
Classes take place M-F. Cost: $650 (or $700 including 2 private lessons)
