Using techniques from The Art of Breathing and other Alexander Technique approaches we will explore natural breathing coordination. Although the class takes place at a Center specializing in training singers, everyone is welcome (we all breathe!)
Class takes place on Second Sundays from 2-3:30 p.m. through May of 2019.
Cost $30.
