Feel like you want to take up more space or stand a little taller? Or always wonder how to stand or what to do with your hands?

These goals are achievable – by understanding more about your body and how to change your habits. Learn practical tools to look and feel more confident in your body language, in a way that feels authentic to you.

Class is taught with verbal instruction and gentle, hands-on guidance through movement. Taught by certified Alexander Technique instructor Sarah Mayhan, a posture and movement coach experienced at helping people change their habits to look and feel more present.

Suggested donation: $10 All proceeds will go to Coat Angels, which provides warm clothes to children in Chicago who need them. Do Good. Feel Good.
