The Beginners Guide to the Alexander Technique is a great course if you have no experience. Over 8 weekly sessions, you will be introduced to the basics. Specifically, we will look at the basic principles and learn how to apply them while working with the Classic Procedures. Classes are small, interactive, thoughtful, and provide time to explore the principles in a given activity.
